PROFILE SUMMARY


I am a senior Media Arts and Sciences major at Wellesley College. This is an interdisciplinary major which focuses on the intersection between studio art and computer science. My concentration is in studio art and I am currently pursuing an Honors Thesis in video production and animation. I am also the House President of Beebe Hall and captain of the varsity Swim and Dive team.

CONTENT DESIGN


WZLY Radio Host & Producer
2018 - present
  • Produce and host a weekly one hour radio show on Sunday morning.
  • Host and interview guests
  • Produce podcasts with the News Committee.

Video Production and Editing
2018 - present
  • Self produced and edited 11 video projects, both digital and animated
  • Managed storyboarding and pre-production
  • Filmed with DSLR cameras, lighting and audio equipment
  • Executed postproduction editing and color correction 

Web and Mobile
2018 - present
  • Formulated a data analysis project to investigate Spotify’s gender bias. Designed and wrote content for team website 
  • Conducted user research, built prototypes and articulated findings for a new Wellesley College registration system 
  • Conceptualized and executed presentation design for Wellelsey College Residential Life cirriculum

WORK EXPERIENCE


House President, Beebe Hall, Wellesley
Summer 2020- Present

  • Manage, supervise and mentor staff of 8 Resident Assistants
  • Design and implement community events which expanded residential engagement from previous years
  • Oversee residents’ holistic wellness
  • Schedule RA community engagement hours and programs
  • Facilitate building operations, such as a phased student move-in process and student quarantines
  • Lead weekly staff meetings and one-on-ones with RAs
  • Spearheaded new student-run lockout procedure to reduce presence of Campus Police in residential halls across campus
  • Formulated and launched creative solutions to navigating the COVID-19 pandemic on campus


ID Tech Virtual Animation Instructor
Summer 2020

  • Constructed an engaging curriculum that taught students how to use Adobe Photoshop, Animate, Premiere and Maya.
  • Built a classroom community that facilitates each child’s learning and collaboration
  • Focused expressly on catering to consumer experience by applying feedback from weekly evaluations by parents, students, and supervisor


Wellesley College Researcher
Summer 2019

  • Conducted research exploring colonialism within video games
  • Performed code analysis of Minecraft
  • Engineered an independent learning experience in which I built an underwater 3D simulation using Unity 3D
