Work Experience

House President of Beebe Hall, Wellesley CollegeAs a House President, I manage and support the staff of Resident Assistants within the dormitory. As a team we organize community events such as our Halloween costume contest and an outdoor field day, all within our college’s guidelines for COVID-19 safety. We also ensure the holistic well-being of residents by providing peer support, conflict mediation, crisis intervention and role modeling. Additionally, I work with the other House Presidents across campus in weekly House Presidents Council meetings where we directly advocate for our students’ needs with higher Wellesley College administration. Prior to this role, I was a Resident Assistant in Severance Hall.

Virtual Animation Instructor, ID Tech Camps
From May 2020 until August 2020 I worked as a virtual animation instructor with ID Tech. In this role, I taught students ages 8-18, from all over the world, the basics of drawing, animation theory and how to use modern animation technology. I developed this curriculum myself by applying advanced theories and skills that I have learned through my coursework and distilling them down to the basics. Throughout each week, I guided students in creating their own unique passion projects, and cultivated an environment of growth where students gave each other constructive feedback and problem solved together. All of the classes were conducted through Zoom.

Get to know me!

Outside of school and athletics, I have a lot of passions! I am a Radio DJ with WZLY 91.5, Wellesley College’s radio station. Each Sunday morning, I host an hour long episode of Tender, Toasted, Tunes. This show focuses on playing relaxing music to help every listener start their Sunday off on the right foot.

I also love to bike and hike. My family recently adopted a Border Collie puppy and one of my favorite pastimes when I am home is taking him out for hikes in the Cincinnati hills.

You can catch me cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes anytime that they are playing. I will always have the soul of a Buckeye. Both of my parents went to OSU and I even went there for one year before transferring to Wellesley! O-H-I-O!
